Payment options
Buyer pays for all shipping and handling. The handling charge does not apply if goods are collected directly from us
Please note: I charge a 5 handling charge for an extreme and thorough packing. All customers that have 5 successful transactions done with me, will not have to pay this fee any longer. This is meant then as a personal gift for good customers.
Naturally I will reduce the handling charge for multiple purchases that can be shipped together. The total charge adding to the cost of purchase, covers postage, packing, actual shipping costs and insurance. This charge is non-negotiable.
Returns
All sales are FINAL, unless a sold item ist not as described or misrepresented in any way. In this case a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. Item may be returned within 10 days in same condition. Shipping is not refundable. To avoid misinterpretion, we gladly will give any further explanation concerning the wanted article, such giving you most extensive information. This allows you always to be on the safe side. Please ask for more detailed photos if you think it to be necessary.

Wherever you are in the World, buying from me in Germany is as simple as buying from the shop down the road. You have the choice to make payment by a variety of methods, and then the goods are delivered to your door.
I only accept payment in advance.
1. Cash - in this case I will provide -5% and I strongly recommend
registered mail. We do have a Western Union branch in Eibenstock (3km
from Blauenthal)
2. Eurocard, Visa, Mastercard
3. Money Order are accepted but only if the total purchase price exceeds US $ 250
I happily accept all forms of payment in Euro (), Schweizer Franken, Pounds Sterling (£), US Dollars ($). Credit Cards are universal currency, and their use makes life so easy. You may pay me directly by credit card, which will give you the added benefit of the lowest currency exchange rates that are available.
Customers are reminded that they have bought in my shop in Euros (), and they are most welcome to use their own bank to make the conversion to Euros (). Please note: If you wish to pay in any other currency than Euro you must accept our banks exchange rate, that might be higher than at your local bank exchange office. Please tell it before, so that I can inform you about the bank rates which you would have to add to the, in this case, preliminary amount that has to be paid.
Shipping options
I ship daily.
I pack as carefully as I possibly can, using bubble wrap and foam. Nevertheless insurance is strongly recommended, as we refuse being held responsible for loss or damage due to mishaps by postal services. Once package is mailed and has left my hands, I am no longer responsible for it.
All items are sent out within 2-3 days after receipt of payment. Items are sent via German Post (parcel post). Please allow 7-10 days for delivery by airmail. Ground deliverage overseas by ship will take about 6-8 weeks.
I gladly combine shipping charges on 2 or more items when at all possible, to help you save money.
